The Inkcarceration Music and Tattoo festival set to take place next month in Mansfield has announced that for safety reasons all people attending the event will have to show proof of being fully vaccinated or a negative COVID-19 test in the last 72 hours.
The event will take place at the Ohio State Reformatory Sept 10, 11 and 12th.
Organizers say this is to protect the health of our fans, artists and staff.
