The City of Mansfield is nearing the finish line on its city wide install of new water meters.
City Council President David Falquette said there are about 10% of the meters that still need to be installed, which is just under 1,500. Falquette said it should have been done last fall and some residents won’t answer the phone or return calls, which, along with COVID-19, has delayed the completion of the project.
