A plan is in the works for a $3.5 Million Dollar project at Sterkel Park.
Mansfield City Council President David Falquette said Richland Newhope has picked up the baton on the project and try to raise the funds, which will be located on 6 acres.
Richland Newhope is planning to have all different kinds of playground equipment for kids and families. The city of Mansfield will put in the water and sewer lines for the restrooms.
