An 82 year old Mansfield man has been charged after hitting a man riding a bike.
The incident happened on July 21st on Marion Ave, which injured a 29 year old reporter from RichlandSource.com.
The driver, who left the scene and later turned himself into the highway patrol, was charged with improper passing, which is a minor misdemeanor. He is due in court on August 13.The reporter suffered a dislocated shoulder and a broken vertebrae at the base of his spine.
