A plan to bring close to 50 free parking spaces to downtown Mansfield is getting closer.
City Council President David Falquette said, a deal with the First English Lutheran Church would see 46 parking spaces in a lot at the corner of Mulberry and Park Ave West.
The timeline could be spring of next year before it happens. Mansfield would handle the paving and striping of the lot.
