The Crawford County Sheriff’s Office along with METRICH concluded a several month-long investigation into illegal narcotics trafficking and possession. The Crawford County Special Response Team executed the search warrant at 317 Dawsett Ave. Galion, Ohio 44833. The search warrant was executed on July 23, 2021 at 7:28 AM.
Arrested was Theodore Britt, age 32, who resides at this address. Mr. Britt was the target of the investigation. Officers seized suspected Heroin and drug paraphernalia.
Criminal charges are pending against Britt for trafficking in drugs- Meth, Britt also had two (2) active warrants for his arrest, out of Crawford County Municipal Court. Britt is currently incarcerated at the Crawford County Justice Center. Reports will be forwarded to the Crawford County Prosecutor’s Office for consideration of additional charges.
This case is still currently being investigated by Detectives from the Sheriff’s Office.
