(MANSFIELD, OH)OhioHealth has partnered with Mansfield City Schools to operate a “pop-up” COVID-19 vaccination clinic in the Hedges neighborhood of Mansfield. OhioHealth will administer the first dose of the two-stage Pfizer vaccine on Thursday, July 15, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m, at the Mansfield City Schools’ Hedges Campus,176 Hedges St., in Mansfield. Walk-ins are welcomed. No appointment is necessary.
During this clinic, OhioHealth will provide the Pfizer vaccine, which is eligible for ages 12 and up. Vaccine recipients under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Adults, including guardians, must bring identification that includes name and age. Identification will be accepted that is expired or from another state or country.
