North Central Ohio School Districts To See State Funding Increase

School districts in North Central Ohio are set to see an increase in two year funding from the state budget.

According to RichlandSource.com, Richland County schools districts combined will see close to $7 million dollars over the next two years.

Mansfield City Schools will see just over $3.5 million, Madison $1.3 million and Ontario just under $885,000.

Brad Strong, president of the Mansfield Schools Education Association, said he was excited to see it pass.
