Suspect In Shooting Incident Near Mansfield Park Identified And Charged

Shooting Suspect Identified and Charged -

At approximately 11:32AM this morning (7/1), the Mansfield Division of Police arrested the suspect in the June 27th, 2021 shooting that occurred in the 300 block of Bulkley Avenue involving a White female suspect who fired two shots into the air during a disturbance. The suspect, Anbria D. Murnahan, a 25-year-old White female turned herself in to the Mansfield City Probation Department who notified Mansfield Police. Ms. Murnahan taken into custody and charged with 2 counts of “Discharging a Firearm on or over a Roadway” which are felonies in the 3rd degree. She was taken to RCSO Jail where she awaits a court appearance and/or a posting of bond.

Ms. Murnahan was identified through tips received from citizens, to Major Crimes detectives who completed follow-up work and issued warrants for her arrest. Major Crimes Detectives served a search warrant yesterday at Ms. Murnahan’s residence and recovered items believed to be associated with the crime, however, she was not located. We are appreciative of those who stepped forward and assisted the police in identifying Ms. Murnahan.
