Convicted Serial Killer Shawn Grate's Application To Reopen Case Denied

Convicted serial killer Shawn Grate’s application to reopen his death penalty case has been denied.

The Ohio Supreme Court made the announcement on Tuesday (June 8th).

Grate, who hired a new lawyer in January, is convicted of killing 5 women in Richland, Ashland and Marion County.
