Ashland City Council Delays Rezoning Project For Ashland Schools

Ashland City Council has delayed the rezoning of a portion of Ashland School property until the plans are drawn up.

According to RichlandSource.com, the district is looking to add a driveway and small parking lot on the corner of Mifflin Avenue and Oakbrook Drive.

Superintendent Dr. Doug Marrah said this is needed for the safety of students and drivers, who enter and exit the schools outdoor learning center. The plan is for a “Horseshoe” type driveway and parking lot to hold 10 vehicles.
