In Ashland, City Council is looking into using Community Development Block Grant Funds to replace the elevator in the city municipal building,
RichlandSource.com reports, the total cost would be around $150,000 and be complete next year in 2022.The money to replace the 30 year old elevator will not be available until this fall.
