OhioHealth COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic Friday At Friendly House In Mansfield

OhioHealth expands COVID-19 vaccine clinic locations

OhioHealth will expand its COVID-19 vaccine administration to several communities. The schedule will be as follows:

  • Mansfield -Tuesdays starting May 25, from 8 am - 3:30 pm at OhioHealth Physician Group Primary Care within OhioHealth Balgreen Medical Offices, 770 Balgreen Drive.
  • Shelby -Thursdays starting May 27, from 8 am - 3:30 pm, at OhioHealth Physician Group Primary Care, within OhioHealth Shelby Hospital, 199 W. Main St.
  • Ontario -Saturdays starting June 5, from 8 am - 3:30 pm, at OhioHealth Physician Group Primary Care, 1750 W. Fourth St.

In addition to this weekly schedule, OhioHealth will continue to provide “pop-up” COVID-19 vaccination clinics with community organizations and employers. The next “pop-up” clinic will be Friday, May 28, 10 am - 4 pm, at The Friendly House,380 N. Mulberry St., in Mansfield.

A limited amount of walk-ins will be available for each clinic day.

At this time, OhioHealth is providing the Pfizer vaccine, which is eligible for ages 12 and up. Vaccine recipients under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Adults, including guardians, must bring identification for vaccine recipient that includes name and age. Identification will be accepted that is expired or from another state or country.
