The Mansfield Playhouse, which has been closed most of the last year, due to the pandemic is set to open this summer.
RichlandSource.com reports, the theater recently has undergone a renovation project to replace nearly 300 seats and just was awarded a grant for new stage lights.
The money came from the Richland County Foundation. The Mansfield Playhouse, which opened back in 1967, is set to open in July.
