Ontario City Council this week gave approval for alcohol to be allowed at certain special events within local parks.
RichlandSource.com reports Ontario mayor Randy Hutchinson, event organizers will need to apply for a permit through the state and be given permission by the city. The alcohol would be sold and consumed in a certain area. Ontario City Council approved the measure by a vote of 5-1.
