28% of the state is completely vaccinated from COVID-19, which is more than 3.3 million Ohioans.
According to the Ohio Department of Health, just over 28,000 Richland County residents are full vaccinated, just shy of 10,000 in Ashland County and nearly 11,000 in Crawford County. Over 4.4 million have at least one dose of the vaccine, which more just over 38% of the state's population.
