The Mansfield Post of the Highway Patrol responded to a few minor crashes on Wednesday, following around 5 inches of snow that fell across the area, no injuries were reported. Someone reported 7 inches of snow in the Lucas area. It was only the 3rd time in the last 120 years the area has saw more than 2 inches of snow this late into April -the last time happened in 1901.
