COVID-19: Walk-ins Welcome At Ontario OhioHealth Vaccine Clinic Thurs, Sat

OhioHealth welcomes COVID-19 first-dose vaccine administration for walk-ins at the OhioHealth Ontario Health and Fitness Center, 1750 West Fourth Street. Clinics will be Thursday, April 22, from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and Saturday, April 24, from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. A limited amount of walk-ins will be available for each clinic day.

At this time, OhioHealth is providing the Pfizer vaccine, which is eligible for ages 16 and up. Vaccine recipients 16 or 17 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Adults, including guardians, must bring identification that includes name and age. Identification will be accepted that is expired or from another state or country.
