A longtime member of the Ashland School board said this week he will not run for re-election.
According to RichlandSource.com, Dr. James Wolfe, who has been on the board of education since 2004, said he will resign when the board finds his replacement.
Wolfe, who over his 17 years served as president and vice president, said over the last few years they have more parents on the school board, which he called a plus.
