A hotel, located on Park Ave West in Mansfield, has sold for $650,000.
RichlandSource.com reports the M Star Hotel downtown, which has 43 rooms and over 19,000 square feet, sold to a group out of Wisconsin.
The hotel was originally built back in 1964 and was recently renovated 3 years ago in 2018.
