The village of Bellville in southern Richland County has been ranked as one of the best small towns in the country to visit.
RichlandSource.com reports, the website My Town Today ranked Bellville, just behind Boulder City, Nevada, on their list of the Top 11 small towns in the country.
Bellville praised for how close it is to I-71, along with Snow Trails, Mohican and Malabar State Farm State Parks.
