Due to the approaching winter storm, and out of a concern for the welfare of our patients, OhioHealth will be closing the COVID-19 vaccine clinic at OhioHealth Physician Group Primary Care at 770 Balgreen Drive, 1st Floor, Mansfield, and OhioHealth Physician Group Primary Care at 199 West Main Street, Suite #2100, Shelby, on Tuesday, February 16. Patients scheduled to receive a vaccination on Tuesday will be contacted and have their appointments rescheduled for Wednesday through Friday of this week.
