The Ontario Local Schools are set to receive $500,000 in COVID-19 relief funding, according to RichlandSource.com.
The good news comes after the district originally had more than $250,000 in statewide funding cut due to the pandemic.
Back in November District Treasurer Randy Harvey’s financial forecast showed long term deficits, but now he says with the funding they look to be back on track.
