The Ohio District 5 Area Agency on Aging is going to be reimbursed just over $61,000 from the Richland County Lank Bank for the Ritter’s Run Senior Housing Project.
RichlandSource.com reports this comes after concrete slabs were found 4 feet under the soil two weeks ago. An engineering firm said removing the soil would be the best option.
The Richland County Land Bank back in March transferred the property to the area agency on aging, which is building 6 one bedroom units and 6 two bedroom units on the property at 200 Ohio Street.
