Public Health Advisory Map
Richland County remains red on the statewide COVID-19 Public Health Advisory map, which shows 83 of Ohio’s 88 counties are in the Red level 3, which means very high spread and exposure of the virus. Hamilton County in the Cincinnati area has moved to purple due to severe exposure and spread.
Governor Mike DeWine said so far there hasn’t been a dramatic surge in cases since the holidays, but they are seeing an upswing in cases. There were 109 deaths reported Thursday in Ohio.
