A 3% wage increase for some employees of Richland Job and Family Services was approved on Thursday by the Richland County Commissioners.
According to RichlandSource.com, this is retroactive to March of 2020. Sharlene Neumann, who is the executive director of Job and Family Services, says supervisors in non-union jobs have not had a wage increase in two years.
