Ashland City Council Approves Tax Abatement For Lippert Expansion

Ashland City Council this week approved a 10 year, 75% tax abatement for Lippert Enterprises for construction of its new facility on Faultless drive.

According to RichlandSource.com, the expansion for Lippert Enterprises is $8 million and will see a new 122,000 square foot building constructed.

The project, which is expected to be finished in about two years, will see several new jobs added with additional payroll of around $115,000. Ashland mayor Matt Miller called Lippert a great local company that's continued to grow here.
