Richland Public Health released some COVID-19 information Monday that showed last month in December, Richland County averaged more than 100 new cases per day. So far just a few days into January, Richland County is averaging 29 new cases per day.
Richland County remains in the Red on the Public Health Advisory map, which will be updated on Thursday by Ohio Governor Mike DeWine.
