Ashland County saw a significant spike in COVID-19 cases last month, as 56% of its total cases were reported between October 30th and November 30th, according to RichlandSource.com.
The Ashland County Health Department says there were 640 cases reported in November and overall have had close to 1,150 since the pandemic started in March. Hospitalization's due to COVID-19 have increase as well with 18 people being admitted to the hospital on November 30th. The Ashland County Health Board is in search of a new health commissioner after parting ways recently with Heather Reffett.
