Lexington Football Coach Tim Scheid Steps Down

Lexington football coach Tim Scheid stepped down on Monday after two years leading the program as head coach. Scheid had spent over 10 years prior to that as the Lexington defensive coordinator. Scheid said he has to step away for personal reasons and will continue to teach at Lexington. Scheid said the move is best for the program and he has no plans at the moment to coach again.
