The Richland County Board of Elections this week certified the Results of the November 3rd, General Election, which showed a turnout of nearly 73%.Over 60,000 of the more than 82,000 registered in the county cast their ballot two weeks ago.
RichlandSource.com reports, close to 50% of Richland County voting was by Absentee, while 25% was actually on Election Day.
