Romanchuk Hopes Bill To Repeal Part Of House Bill 6 Can Be Approved Quickly

Ohio State Representative Mark Romanchuk said this week he hopes his legislation will be approved quickly to partially repeal House Bill 6, which was part of the bailout of two nuclear power plants in Ohio.

Romanchuk says House Bill 772 will save Ohioans $2.9 million over the next 10 years. RichlandSource.com reports Romanchuk hopes it can be approved soon to avoid taxpayers from surcharges set to go into effect on January 1st.
