Mansfield City Council this week approved legislation to see Diamond Street converted to Two-way traffic.
The cost will be just over $550,000. The project will see Diamond Street change from one way to two- way traffic from First Street to Main Street. Mansfield City Council President Cliff Mears said work will start in April and should be complete by June of next year (2021).
Additions will include: parking spaces, turn lanes and widening of intersections.
