Richland County remains red for the 8th week in a row on the State’s Public Health Advisory map due to high spread and exposure of COVID-19.
Ashland and Crawford also remain in the red level 3, while overall, 72 of the state’s 88 counties are red.
The State of Ohio has its first purple county, Franklin County, which means severe exposure and spread of COVID-19.
Governor Mike DeWine says testing since October 17th has went up 43%, however, cases since then have skyrocketed by 299%.
