Ohio Sets Another Coronavirus Record With Over 8,000 New Cases Friday

The State of Ohio set a new record on Friday with 8,071 new COVID-19 cases reported.

This comes just one day after there were a then record 7.,101 cases on Thursday. Friday. also saw nearly 300 people hospitalized due to the virus (298) and 42 deaths reported.

Governor Mike DeWine this week put in a stricter mask mandate policy and said next week will decide if bars and restaurants will need to close back down indoor dining. Several schools in the area have moved to remote learning prior to the Thanksgiving holiday, as cases all across the state continue to spike.
