A 40 year old man was arrested in Knox County this week after a high speed chase. Ron Hoeflich had an active warrant for his arrest and fled when an officer attempted to pull him over in Mt. Vernon. Stop sticks were used to slow his vehicle down, according to RichlandSource.com. He was taken into custody without incident. Further charges are pending following the high speed chase.
