Missing Mansfield Woman Found, Police Investigating Disappearance

Mansfield Police say a 36 year old woman that was reported missing on Wednesday has been found and is safe. Authorities are currently looking into the incident as detectives investigate what led to her disappearance.

Missing Person/Suspicious Circumstances

The Mansfield Division of Police asking for the community's assistance in locating Charlie Topal, a white female 36 years old who was reported missing earlier this morning. Ms. Topal had contacted family members at approximately 4AM this morning and advised she was headed home from an unknown address on West 4th Street, possibly in the Rowland Avenue area. The family reported her missing at 910AM when they had not heard from Ms. Topal and was unable to reach her by phone. The family member advised Ms. Topal does not have a vehicle and was believed to be on foot.

The Division is actively attempting to locate Ms. Topal as well as looking into the possibility that she had later in the day sent a text message, to a person close to her, advising she was being held against her will. Several locations have been checked to no avail. No additional texts messages from Ms. Topal have been reported to police at this time and she remains missing.
