An Elyria man has been identified in the fatal shooting incident that took place last weekend in Loudonville. Authorities say 29 year old Joseph Stanley set fire to a tent and began shooting at people at a Mohican campground, before leading police on a chase. He got out of his car with a handgun before shots were fired. He was pronounced dead by EMS in Loudonville.
