With exactly two weeks until Election day, the Richland County Board of Elections is reporting nearly 3 times the amount of people have already voted early in-person, compared to 4 years ago.
As of Monday morning, close to 8,800 people have voted early at the board of elections, compared to just over 3,000 as this time in 2016.
