The city of Mansfield has sold 15 acres of land to the Adena Corporation for $1, which the company plans to build a $7 million warehouse to be converted into manufacturing or distribution.
City Council President Cliff Mears says the Richland County Growth Cooperation is handling the marketing of the 160,000 square foot building on Cairns and Airport West road, which will allow businesses to expand or move to the Mansfield area.
