A 22 year old Mansfield man died in Alaska, after being attacked by a grizzly bear.
RichlandSource.com is reporting that Austin Pfeiffer was field dressing a moose, when he was attacked by the bear in a National Park and Preserve in southeast Alaska.
Pfeiffer was hunting with two other people, one of which reportedly killed the bear after the attack. The US National Park Service says this is the first fatal attack at the park since it opened up 40 years ago.
The park has more than 13 million acres.
