Big 10 Football To Start Oct. 23 - 24th, Presidents Unanimously Approve

There will be Ohio State football this fall.

The Big 10 Presidents and Chancellors voted unanimously to start the football season on the weekend of October 23rd - 24th.

The conference saying a key is the adopting of significant medical protocols, which include daily testing of athletes, coaches and trainers.

The Big 10 says the earliest an athlete can return to game competition following a positive COVID-19 test is 21 days.

The league is expected shortly to release a revised fall football schedule and make an announcement on other fall and winter sports.
