The City of Ashland has changed a part of a resolution for a tax incentive to an area business.
RichlandSource.com reports, last year Rex Holdings, known as Primary Colors and Eco-Flo Products, requested a tax incentive for it's new facility on Commerce Parkway.
The company, due to the pandemic and a change in a tariff, is postponing a portion of the project. The agreement made in 2019 was for 75% tax reduction on the construction over a 10 year period.
