Construction is set to get underway this fall on a new housing development in the City of Ashland.
RichlandSource.com reports, this will add 45 new homes and see the addition of a new street off of Mifflin Avenue for access to the neighborhood. This will also be close to Ashland High School and Community Stadium.
Work is being handled XL builders out of Fredericksburg, which is located in Wayne County, just south of Wooster.
