Portion Of Former Plymouth Hotel Collapses

The former Plymouth hotel building, which is set to be demolished, partially collapsed after recent winds and storms rolled through the area.

According to RichlandSource.com, The Richland County Land Bank has reached a contract with D and R Demolition, out of Bowling Green, for up to $190,000, to completely bring down the structure.

Workers have secured the 3 story building until the demolition takes place. A 2016 study showed asbestos in the building, which will need to be hauled to a proper site.
