Jesus is the owner and operator of Panchos Tacos in Mansfield at 1344 Lexington Ave, which has been open for 3 years. He started the business as a Taco cart before moving to a Food truck and now opening the restaurant.
Jesus was born in Mexico. He has spent time working in restaurants in California, Indiana and Ohio.
He has family that lives in the area and will soon be opening another restaurant soon in Lexington.
