Richland County has good news from the Ohio Department of Health Advisory map, moving from Risk Level 2....into Risk Level 1.
Richland County is one of 6 counties to decrease from orange to now yellow on the map, which means there is active exposure and spread of COVID-19, but has moved out of the increased spread catagory. The map is updated each Thursday by the Department of Health.
