A plan is in the works to build new apartments on land, near where the former YMCA building on Park Ave West once stood in Mansfield.
RichlandSource.com reports, Blue Door Development has agreed to buy four parcels of land, along Bartley Ave and Parker Street, from the Richland County Land Bank.
The developer wants to construct 12 apartments on the site, where the former YMCA parking lot and tennis courts were located.
Work on the project hopes to get underway later this month.
