Longtime Cleveland TV Weatherman Dick Goddard passed away on Tuesday.
Goddard spent more than 50 years as a TV weatherman in Cleveland and was a statistician for Cleveland Browns games.He was born in Akron and went to Kent State University and created, Goddard's law, which punishes those who abuse animals. Dick Goddard was 89 years old.
