The State of Ohio Thursday reported its highest single day total of new coronavirus cases since the pandemic started nearly 5 months ago. The state of Ohio on Thursday had more than 1,700 positive tests for COVID-19.

Statewide just shy of 90,000 cases in total since March and more than 3,100 have died from complications of the coronavirus.
